Absolutely wonderful experience with Hawaiian Steam. Matt and his son were a pleasure to work with. We had several large wool rugs that desperately needed cleaning and they look brand new. They also steam cleaned our tile bathroom and shower and it is cleaner than ever.

I highly recommend this business for any and all rug/carpet and steam cleaning.

Matt was very responsive and professional. He and his son did an extremely good job cleaning the entire upstairs of our home. He was able to get a few set in stains out in one room and the whole house looked remarkably better after they left. I felt his pricing was very reasonable and would 100% use him in the future!

Absolutely phenomenal! The customer service and professionalism can't be matched or beat. The father-son duo made sure to meet all our expectations and more. They were knowledgeable, courteous, generous, and willing to go above and beyond to meet our carpet cleaning needs. They removed stains and build-up from years of neglect that we thought couldn't be removed. Our home looks brand new and better than it did the day we moved in. I will never use another carpet company as long as Hawaiian Steam Carpet Cleaning is around and willing to do the job!

Customer Service was great from start to finish. Sarah was very helpful through the whole process of answering my questions, providing a quote and scheduling the cleaning. Matt let us know when he was on the way and was very prompt. He was super friendly and very professional. We had our carpets cleaned and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends!

Matt and his son were on time. They explained the process. They touched base with me so I could see the difference in the carpet as they cleaned. They were thorough, and very cautious about moving their products in and out of my home, as to not damage my floors or walls. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I used Hawaiian Steam to steam my tile floors and clean the carpet. I have never had the tile steamed before. The end results were amazing. The floors looked like new. The carpet looked great also. The morning after the tile was cleaned I noticed a dark edge on the floor around the cabinet base. I called Matt and he was there in a few minutes. We both had over looked the edge that was a shadow with the overhead light on. Matt was very apologetic but we both saw the same thing when he did it. He unpacked his equipment and finished the floor. Great people, great service. Will use again!

I booked an appointment with Hawaiian Steam after they were highly recommended by a friend who just had her carpet cleaned. Their service is top notch! Pricing was very reasonable and stains that other companies couldn't remove were gone after Hawaiian Steam cleaned them. I am so pleased with the work that Matt did for my home! My carpet hasn't been cleaned since we moved in! He came in and the carpet looks just like when I first purchased it! Hawaiian Steam clean my three bedrooms, area rug in the living room and also my recliner. They did an excellent job on everything and payed attention to detail. The beige recliner turned out awesome. It was about 10 years old and turned out looking random new after he cleaned it. I'm going to schedule them to clean my tile soon. I'd highly recommend Hawaiian Steam!!!
